General
All information needed to succesfully complete an order will be presented to you during the ordering proccess. Once you have put all the products you want into your shoppingcart, you click on "Checkout". And, after filling in the shipping information and such, it only takes a few clicks to complete your order.
After you completed your order, you will be informed about the status of your order by e-mail.
Order Status:

Pending Right after completing the order you will receive an e-mail to confirm your order, and you will receive some information, such as our bank account number and your order number. We will prepare your order, if there is anything special to report about your order, we will contact you.

Processing This means we received the payment, the products are being packed for shipping, invoices and packing slips are printed etc..

Shipped This means that the order is ready and it usually will be shipped the same day. Often the proccessing goes very fast and then we will skip this order update.

Shipping Times
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
Orders are estimated to arrive next day transit time if the order is made on a weekday before 2pm.

Shipping Costs
We will ensure that delivery charges are managed to the minimum. All products will be delivered via national express couriers and our delivery charges are to approximately reflect our packing and postage costs. The charge will be calculated and added to your order before you check out.

These charge rates are applicable to a delivery address in England, Scotland and Wales only. Orders with a delivery address in UK offshore islands, to a British Force Post Office box or an overseas country may be subject to an additional charge. Please contact us if you want the delivery to one of these addresses. |

Shipping Delays/Out of Stock Items
We always strive for customer satisfaction. However, some shipping delays are beyond our control such as weather and delivery errors. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly please review all information submitted before processing orders.
Packages shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer are subject to a £5.00 non-refundable correction fee.
Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be charged a £10.00 restocking fee.
Customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling charges in order to reship your package.
Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. Out of stock orders will be held "open" until item is restocked and will be shipped immediately upon arrival. |

Proof Of Delivery
The person receiving the goods must sign ESCD as proof of delivery of the consignment. Any computerised record of the receivers signature that ESCD has obtained will be evidence of the delivery of the quantity of parcels within the consignment. |

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact a Customer Service Representative in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Package must be in original packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. |

Returns and Warranty
1. Standard 7 day return policy: if you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 7 days of receiving it, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. Product must be returned in the condition it was received (with any songs etc removed). We reserve the right to refuse returned items or deduct a 10% restocking fee if they are not in a resalable condition when returned.
2. If you are returning the goods to us because you have changed your mind within 14 days, you will receive a refund calculated from the cost of your goods (excluding the postage & packaging costs) less 5% (a minimum of 5 pounds) contributing to our costs directly associated with your purchase which include the credit card/bank transfer surcharge and the cost for restocking the goods. You will receive a refund from us within 10 working days.
3.If you return the goods to us due to a fault within 14 days, you will be entitled to receive either a replacement of the goods or a full refund without any deduction. Please note that all accessories should be returned together with the goods packed in the box as you received and the item should not be damaged (e.g. dented / cracked/burnt or blown components circuits etc). You will receive refund from us within 10 working days.
4.If you return the goods to us due to a fault after 14 days, we will process the return based on the conditions of the manufacture warranty and may not be able to provide a refund.
5. Please note that according to our Terms and Conditions if you send the goods back to us without pre-consent from us, the goods returned are not in their original condition, or you return a faulty product but no fault is detected after an examination by our engineer, we will send the returned goods back to you with a re-delivery charge and reserve the right to charge up to 15% of your purchase price to cover our administration cost, plus an examination fee where applicable.
6.All products come with 1 year warranty.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning and sending the goods unless we delivered the item to you in error or the return is due to a fault within 14 days.
